WSB was formed in June 2009 to provide oilfield services to clients in the Gulf Coast region, to include coiled tubing, nitrogen services, pressure pumping, and wireline services. The Company’s patented coil tubing design, referred to under its registered trademark WISE®, enables a compact onsite footprint, faster job times and substantial cost savings to the customer relative to traditional methods. WSB acquired its intellectual property portfolio and assets from WISE Well Intervention Services through a foreclosure sale in June 2009. The Company is headquartered in Lafayette, LA.
