ProPetro has divested its Coiled Tubing Division to STEP

ProPetro is a Midland, Texas-based oilfield services company providing pressure pumping and other complementary services to leading upstream oil and gas companies engaged in the exploration and production of North American unconventional oil and natural gas resources.
Coiled Tubing Division (the “Division”)
The Division is a premier provider of high-capacity coiled tubing services in the Permian Basin. The Division has four high-spec, ultra deep capacity coiled tubing units capable of handling 30,000 feet of 2-3/8” and 2 5/8” strings of coiled tubing, a large fleet of support equipment including fracturing pumps, twin fluid pumps, nitrogen pumps and transports, cranes, tractors and other miscellaneous equipment and inventory. The Division also consists of experienced leadership and highly skilled operational personnel. Merging the Division into STEP’S leading coil tubing operation gives the business the appropriate scale to compete.
STEP Energy Services Ltd. (TSX:STEP) (“STEP”)
STEP is an energy services company that provides coiled tubing, fluid and nitrogen pumping and hydraulic fracturing solutions. STEP’s combination of modern equipment along with its commitment to safety and quality execution has differentiated STEP in plays where wells are deeper, have longer laterals and higher pressures.
