Total Equipment & Service (“TEAS”)

TEAS (wholly owned subsidiary of C&J Energy Services) manufactures a complete line of well stimulation equipment, coiled tubing units and specialty trailers as well as provides repair and maintenance for well service equipment. TEAS was founded in 2004, acquired by C&J Energy Services in 2011 and based in Granbury, TX with approximately 55 employees.

Propell Oilfield Equipment

Propell has 3 locations, with equipment in operation across the U.S. and Canada - including over 70 rapidly deployed bulk proppant handling systems. Propell supports leading well service companies in North America with new equipment technology, equipment renewal, product training, and after-sales support. Propell operates under its parent company, TYCROP.

TYCROP Manufacturing Limited

TYCROP is a 39 year-old industrial product creation company which has developed mobile equipment solutions for on and off road applications in agriculture, transport, mining, forestry, golf and turf, and energy. The company was founded in 1978 and is based in Rosedale, Canada.

PPHB, LP (“PPHB”)

PPHB is an independent investment banking firm providing financial advisory services exclusively to clients in the oilfield equipment and service industry.
