AECOM designs, builds, finances, and operates infrastructure assets for governments, businesses, and organizations in more than 150 countries worldwide. AECOM acquired Flint through its acquisition of URS Corporation in 2014. Flint’s Crude Oil Logistics Division is a provider of crude oil transportation and logistics services to producers in the Eagle Ford and Permian regions. Headquartered in George West, Texas with two additional facilities in the Permian Basin, the Crude Oil Logistics Division has over 100 employees and a fleet of more than 85 crude oil transportation units.

CP Energy Holdings, LLC (“CP Energy”)

CP Energy is a privately owned midstream energy company founded in 1997 that provides crude oil and natural gas gathering, purchasing, marketing, logistics and transportation services to customers in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Kansas. Headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma, CP Energy has over 30 facilities, including a terminal at Cushing, OK, and 170 company owned trucks located throughout the Midcontinent, Permian, Delaware and Eagle Ford basins and provides its marketing and midstream services to a wide variety of customers including independent and major producers, refiners, pipelines and other midstream companies. CP Energy is owned by B29 Investments, LP and Crestview Partners, two private equity firms focused on investments in the energy industry.
